Delivery and Returns
Burleigh & Tweed Branches
We provide a specialised delivery service, to site, in the following regions on a daily basis:
Tweed Coast (Northern NSW), Gold Coast, Sth West Brisbane/Toowoomba, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast
If you have your standard stock orders in by 11am it will be delivered on site the very next morning. It is standard procedure to have the goods delivered to site between 5am - 8am however this varies depending on the location and the amount of deliveries being done on that run. This service is designed to have goods at site ready for installers first thing, this saves installers & business owners the cost of down time in sourcing & picking up product.
Note: Deliveries are done outside of these areas by arrangement. Large jobs at more remote locations are an option - e.g. we can deliver a 10 pallet truck load to Chinchilla. Please dont hesistate to contact us to discuss our delivery options.
Rockhampton Branch
We provide a specialised delivery service, to site, in the following regions:
Gladstone, Gracemere, Rockhampton Region, Yeppoon, Emu Park and surrounding areas.
If you have your standard stock orders in by 11am it will be delivered on site the very next morning. This service is designed to have goods at site ready for installers first thing, saving installers & business owners the cost of down time in sourcing & picking up product.
Note: Deliveries are done outside of these areas by arrangement. Large jobs at more remote locations are an option - e.g. we can deliver a truck load to Emerald for example. We can also arrange for stock to be palleted for freight pick up to remote locations. Please dont hesistate to contact us to discuss our delivery options.
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
